"Bud" age 81, departed this life on Sunday April 4, 2010 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born January 7, 1929 to Clifton and Francis Cable in Laona, Wisconsin. He served 3 years in the U.S. Army and was employed 33 years at General Motors. He attended and enjoyed his brothers and sisters at the Northridge Freewill Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his parents and twin sisters, Zora Lockard and Nora Bangert. Survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Orene; 1 daughter & son-in-law, Dianna & James Everding; 2 grandsons, Jeffrey & Jeremy Everding; numerous nieces, nephews & cousins. Funeral service 11 a.m. Thursday at the Northridge Freewill Baptist Church, 4800 Payne Ave., Dayton. Pastor Tim Hamilton, officiating. Interment Valley View Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the GEORGE C. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, "North Dayton Chapel," 5040 Frederick Pike at Needmore Road.
