Brenda Joyce Jerome, CG, edited the outstanding quarterly Western Kentucky Journal, which was published from Winter 1994 through Fall 2007, and was devoted to the western Kentucky counties of Caldwell, Crittenden, Henderson, Union, Webster, Hopkins, Lyon, Livingston and Trigg. Ms. Jerome is the publisher/compiler of over 30 books of western Kentucky county resource material. She won the Kentucky Genealogical Society's 1994 award for most important contribution to western Kentucky genealogy. After discontinuing publication of the Western Kentucky Journal, Ms. Jerome has begun a new Western Kentucky Genealogy blog which has a new article several times a week.
