Outreach

WCKFRA budgets annually for purchase of genealogical and local history books for placement in local libraries.

Kentucky Family Records

Kentucky Family Records includes Bible records, cemetery records, compiled genealogies, court records, and other records of permanent genealogical value. Each completed volume is about 100 pages packed with valuable genealogical information. A table of contents and index are sent in November’s mailing.

The WCKFRA Bulletin

The Bulletin is full of the latest news, book reviews, membership list, research tips, and the surname index. The surname index lists surnames of families being researched by WCKFRA members. WCKFRA’s new member’s packet has instructions on submitting surnames.

Active members are allowed to post research queries in the Bulletin.
