Looking for a McKinney family in Scott County, Kentucky.  This family had approximately five children born in the 1950's and several were adopted.  The children include; James, Brenda, Steven and David.

Searching for the parents of Samuel Leforce.  His father, Rene/Raney/Randolph, married at least twice in Scott County, Kentucky.  His wives included; Ann Robinson, Jane Gillispie, Mary "Polly" Ellis and Mary Thompson.  It has been reported that Jane or Polly was Samuel's mother.  Samuel is listed on the Scott County census in 1810 and 1820.  Samuel, married Margery Montgomery around 1806.  She was the daughter of Henry.  Henry is reported to have died on the way home from the War of 1812.  Thank you for information you may add to my search.

Joseph, born about 1745 in Virginia and family may have moved to Scott County, Kentucky in 1785.  Joseph had a son, Jesse, born February 7, 1782.  Jesse married Hannah McGee, born February 26, 1781 in Virginia on September 30, 1802.  I'm trying to locate names in Joseph's family and any other information. Jesse and Hannah are on the 1850 census of Grayson County, Kentucky.

I am researching Lindsey Coleman, married Elizabeth Morgan in Scott County, 1852.  Lindsey left a wife and 12 children in Owen County, Kentucky.  One child, Lindsey, died in 1857 in Scott County, Kentucky. Elizabeth and children went to live at the poorhouse until 1864.  She married second Cornelius Addison.  Would love to know where Lindsey Coleman is buried.

Looking for information about Charles McFarland, who married Susannah Linn (1833-1916) in 1853.  They had two daughters; Elizabeth and Anna.  Charles died in 1858 and Susannah later married Robert Russell Woods, July 21, 1864.  I'll appreciate any help or suggestions.

Paul Christian is found on the 1800 census in Scott County with his family.  I'm pretty sure he moved here from Virginia with his family, cousins or brothers.  Any help would be great.

I am searching for the birthplace of Thomas Estill.  After arriving in Scott County, Kentucky, he and Stephen Estill purchased land in 1811.  Rachael Estill, wife of Thomas, was the administrator of his estate in 1816.  Her probate was recorded in August 1820, Scott County, Kentucky.

I am searching for the husband and maiden name of Jemima Preston, who lived in Scott County in 1842/1843 and 1850-1860.  Her two daughters married in Scott County - Mary Preston, married Strother James on February 23, 1842 and Amanda Preston married Michael Smith on February 21, 1843.  Amanda married second Samuel Wills in Franklin County, Kentucky.  Jemima Preston died in Owen County, Kentucky where her will was recorded on January 28, 1888.

I am searching for the wife and parents of Archibald Campbell.  It appears he came to Kentucky with the Craig church group, who settled at Bryan Station.  He was one of the defenders there and also fought at Blue Licks.  Archibald Campbell died in 1817.  His son, John W. Campbell, of Scott County married Nancy Powers.  Their daughter, Matilda married Henry Southworth.  All lived in Scott County.
