SHERIFF'S SALE FOR TAXES dated October 15, 1886 On that date will "expose to Public Sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, the following property, viz: One Gray Mare about ten years old..." The horse sold for $8.80. This was to satisfy his taxes for 1885 & 1886. The sale took place at the home of William Robbins.

SHERIFF'S SALE FOR TAXES States that on October 2, 1895 he will expose for sale one field of corn and fodder levied on the property of William Robbins to satisfy his taxes for the year 1893, 1894, 1895. MORGAN COUNTY FISCAL COURT ORDER DATED JUNE 30, 1902 "This is to certify that William Robins was at the April term of the Morgan County Fiscal Court released from paying Poll Tax for future years as shown by the Records of Morgan County order Book No. 9, page 229, this 30 day of June 1902 W.B. Allen Clerk by J.H. Sebastian DC"

September 9, 1905 Duval Smith, Treasurer, acknowledged receipt of $1.00 from Millard Robbins for his school tax.

July 20th 1907 J.M. Cantrell, Treasurer, acknowledged receipt of $1.00 from W.M. Robbins for his school tax in District No. 53 for the year 1907.
