DATED MAY 4 1896

"May the 4 Saturday 1896, we the united Baptist Church of Christ, at White Oak Church now in cession. Bro Nathan Dulin made application for a letter of dismission which was granted him. He is dismissed from us when joined to any other Church of the same faith and order he is in good standing with us. Dun by order of the Church.
