Mrs. Angeline Robbins you will take notice that I will take Depositions at the Clerks Office of the Morgan County Court on Saturday, the 6th day of May 1876 to be made in the above styled action pending in said Court at which time and place you May attend if you choose.

It regards Angeline Robbins, Plaintiff and William G. Robbins, Defendent. It commands any constable of Morgan County to take possession of three hogs, a sow, and two trots. The sow is 1 year old and the 2 trots about 4 months. They are to remove them from the possession of the defendent and deliver them to the plaintiff.
