Loretta Jane Rankin 73, of Lexington, Ky, Died Thursday. July 8,2004.She was a native of Madison County,the daughter of the late Millard and Ada Bell Martin Rankin and a member of the Baptist Faith.Ms Rankin Spent most of her life caring for the sick.
