Jacquelyn H. Messina age 75 of Forest Trail Dr. Berea died Saturday July 24, 2004 at her home after a long illness. Mrs. Messina was the beloved wife of Al Messina and daughter of the late Charles and Ida Mae Long. She was a housewife and member of St. Marks Catholic Church.

Mrs. Messina is survived by her daughter Cindy (Bill) Ricketts of Madison, AL. Four sons Fred Messina of Lexington, KY. Lloyd Messina of Richmond. Derick (Dora) Messina of Berea. Joe (Renee) Messina of Berea and six grandchildren: Christopher, Brandon, Matt, Nick, Kyle and Cory. One sister Marlene Garrett of Akron, OH. And several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by two brothers Norbert and Bob Long.

Funeral services will be Wednesday July 28, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Lakes Funeral Home, with Father Jim Sichko officiating. Pallbearers will be Fred, Lloyd, Derick, Joe, Christopher and Matt Messina. Honorary pallbearers are Brandon, Nick, Kyle and Cory. Visitation will be Tuesday July 27, 2004 from 5 – 9 p.m. at Lakes Funeral Home.
