Charles Keith Johnson age 51 of Glades Road passed away Monday, April 05, 2004 at Samaritan Hospital in Lexington.

He was born in Berea to the late Jake and Ella Mae Terrill Johnson. In addition to his parents, Charles was also preceded in death by one brother Frick Johnson.

He is survived by one son Thomas Johnson, 6 brothers and sisters Pat Johnson of Berea, John (Sue) Johnson of Anna Maria, FL, Carolyn Johnson, Edgar (Patsy) Johnson, Jake (Shirley) Johnson and Doug Johnson all of Berea; one sister-in-law Glenda Johnson and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Lakes Funeral Home in Berea with Rev. Gordon Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in the Madison County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6-9 p.m. at Lakes Funeral Home.
