Mary Ellen Hazelwood age 68 of Fentress Lane in Berea, wife of William Hazelwood, passed away October 9, 2004 at the Terrace Nursing Home in Berea Kentucky. Mary was born in Red Oak Texas to her parents The Late Johnny Hicks and The Late Agnes Worley Hicks.

Other than her husband Mary is survived by two children William Hazelwood Jr. of Texas, Robert Hazelwood of Berea, one sister Georgia Richburg of Texas two grandchildren Jennifer Hazelwood and Alex Hazelwood.

Services will be Tuesday 1:00pm October 12, 2004 at the Lakes Funeral Home in Berea. Burial will follow at the Berea Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6:00pm to 9:00pm Monday October 11, 2004 at the funeral home.
