Copeland Guice Jr., 82, of Miami, Fla., died Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2004, after a long battle with cancer. He was the grandfather of Matt Guice, quarterback for the Eastern Kentucky University football team, and the father of Jim Guice, Matt's father, who also played quarterback for EKU during the mid-1960s.
