Earl V. "Jack" Embry


Earl V. "Jack" Embry, 87, husband of Sarah Seals Embry, died Saturday, Oct. 9, in St. Joseph Hospice Care Unit, Lexington. He was a retired maintenance supervisor of Southeastern Christian College, a Kentucky colonel and a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Clark County.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Broadway Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. H.K. Taylor and the Rev. Samuel U. Peoples. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in Clarmont Memorial Gardens.
