Marcus Combs age 90 of Baker Ct. Berea died Thursday Jan. 15, 2004 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. Marcus is the son of the late Robert and Emily combs of Perry County Kentucky where he was born. Marcus was a self employed home remodeling contractor.

Marcus is survived by his wife Leona Semonis Combs of Berea, 3 children Robert (Jean) Combs, Al Combs, and Emma Jean Abrams all of Berea. 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Marcus was preceded in death by one daughter Mildred Louise McCollum, and several brothers and sisters.

Graveside services will be Friday Jan. 16, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. at the Berea Cemetery. Rev. Bill Shelton will officiate services. Pallbearers are Rick Combs, Bruce Combs, Rodney Combs, Daniel Duerson, Tim Combs, Nathan Leonesio, and Jonathan Marcus Walker. Honorary bearers are Daniel Combs, Dustin Rose, Austin Rose and Alexander Combs.
