Shawn David Cole age 29 died Friday June 4, 2004 at the Berea Hospital. Shawn was an employee of the Tokico Manufacturing Company and lived in Berea for the past two years. He was a native of Boonville, KY and was preceded in death by his parents David and Norma Scott Cole.

Shawn is survived by his sister Ashley (Brian) Sebastian of Berea, and his nephew Colby Sebastian. Shawn is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Funeral services will be Tuesday June 8, 2004 at 12:00 noon at the Lakes Funeral Home, with burial in the Shepard Cemetery at Boonville, KY. Rev. Phillip Payne will officiate the services. Visitation will be Monday June 7, 2004 after 6:00 p.m. at the Lakes Funeral Home.
