Austin E. Callihan, of Stoney Run Road, passed away Saturday June 19, 2004 at his home. He was retired from IBM and was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dan Callihan. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Edith Bell Callihan and one brother Roy Callihan. He is survived by

9 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Vaughn Murphy, Roy Callihan, Tony Callihan, Kevin Murphy, Mark Murphy, Eddie Callihan Jr. and Craig Callihan. Honorary Pallbearer will be James Dowell.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday June 22, 2004 at 1:00 PM at the Turpin Funeral Home with Reverend Bradley Johns officiating. Burial will follow in the Madison County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of service Tuesday June 22, 2004 at the funeral home.
