BOGGS
I Henry C.
Boggs
of Leslie County State of Kentucky, being of sound mind and disposing
memory
and being weak in body and knowing the uncertainty of death in the name
of God Amen, make this my last will and testament. I give and
devise
to my beloved wife Polly Ann Boggs and my five beloved children,
Samuel,
Jesse, Mary, Rebecca, and Silas Boggs all of my estate both real and
personal
and what so ever including a fund belonging to me in the firm of Boggs
Brothers which firm is composed of the following individuals, J.C. and
H.C. Boggs said fund suppose to be about $500.00, which is used and
contracted
exclusively by Jesse C. Boggs who I here by appoint executor of this my
last will and testament for the sale, use and benefit of the above
named
Polly Ann Boggs and five children in the best manner my said executor
deems
prosperous long as the said Polly Ann Boggs shall remain unmarried and
in the event she intermarries with any of the above, fund shall be used
and disposed of for the benefit of the above named children in the best
manner that my said executor thinks proper. In testimony where of
I here unto set my hand this the 2nd. Day of April 1887
