1st, It is my will to be buried plain and respectable
2nd, It is my will for all my buriel and funeral expences to be paid
3rd, It is my will for my nephew,Jasper Pearl
to have all of my property it
consisting of one tract of land adjoining
John P. Farris and Samuel Templin
and others said land lying on the waters of
Raccoon Creek in this Laurel
County, Kentucky. Also it is my will for Jasper
Pearl to have all notes and
money that is assigned to me to collect and
use to his own benefit.
It is my will for Ellie Pearl to have all my personal sundry articles.
It is my wish for of Jasper Pearl to attend
and see that my sister Margaret
does not suffer for food or rayment while
she lives.
In testimony whereof I do hereby set my hand
and seal this day of
September 2, 1875.
