I Jacob Hackney of the Town of London State of Kentucky have this day made this my last Will as to my property after my death. Hereby revoking all other Wills heretofore made by me. That is to say after my death all the property that I may have at the time shall belong to my three Children now with me Caroline Jacob Eliza Ruth who is to have and to equally divide the same between the above named children to have and to hold forever.

A writing purporting to be the last will and
testament of Jacob Hackney Sr. deceased was this day produced in Court
and proven by the oath of G. W. Miller & Reuben Ohler subscribing witnesses
thereto whereupon the said Will is ordered to be admitted to record which
is hereby accordingly done.
