Jesse Casper Eversole (1926-1999)
Rock Island resident and Laurel County, Ky., native Jesse Casper Eversole, 73, died Jan. 10 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro. A machinist and a U.S. Navy veteran, he was affiliated with the Pentecostal faith. He was preceded in death by his stepmother, Minnie Eversole; and three brothers, Ray, Elmer and James Earl Eversole. He is survived by his wife, Janice Gregory Eversole; four sons, Wade Eversole of McMinnville, Joel Timothy Eversole of Charlestown, Marty Eversole of Franklin and Stanley Dale Eversole of Lancaster, Ky.; three sisters, Clara Whilhite of Leesburg, Ohio, Cindy Delph and Doris Reed, both of London, Ky.; two brothers, Carlos Eversole of East Bernstadt, N.Y., and Donald Eversole of Hillsboro, Ohio; 13 grand- children and three great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 a.m. today at Bowling Funeral Home in London Ky., with Stephen Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at Pilgrim's Reset Cemetery in eats Bernstadt, Ky.
