This transcription was
taken from a book found in the Shelby County Public Library entitled,
"Cemetery Records of Kentucky, Volume I, Jefferson County, Part
I" compiled by LTC Robert C. Jobson (ret). Please
email your coordinators if you have any questions or comments
regarding this cemetery. It is located at the end of Cool
Brook Court, Fern Creek.
* It is
located at the end of Cool Brook Court. Billtown Road to Michael
Edward to Cool Brook. There are four headstones here. Although they
were quite faded, I was able to read enough to make out Ch___Duncan
and J___Duncan, so I will count that as verification that these are
the graves of Charles Duncan and Jane Duncan. The other two
headstones were small, such as a child’s headstone, but they could
not be read at all. One was in front of Jane’s stone, the other was
placed directly behind Jane’s.
