MOODY, a prominent and well-to-do farmer of Henry County, Ky, was born in that county, June 22, 1854, a son of James L., Sr. and Zerilda (Moody) Moody, the former a farmer. Our subject was married February 28, 1884, to Miss Minnie Morris of Henry County, daughter of John and Jennie R. Morris, and born February 8, 1865. Two children blessed this union: Vivian (deceased) and Morris, who is still living. Mr. Moody owns 171 acres of fine land near Eminence, and has always engaged in farming, stock raising and trading.
