WILLIAM HENRY WILLIAMS was raised up within the bounds of Salem 
Association.  He was converted in early life, and joined the 
Presbyterians.  A few years later, he united with the Baptists, and was 
afterwards put into the ministry.  He has been preaching some twenty 
years.  He has been pastor of a number of prominent churches, in 
different parts of the State, and is extremely popular, both as a 
preacher and as a pastor.  But he has a restless disposition, and no 
inducement has been able to keep him long in any one place.  He is at 
present, serving some country churches in Hardin county.
