Graves County

EDGAR S. BEAUMONT, Graves County, now twenty-eight years of age, was
born in Waynesboro, Wayne Co., Tenn.  He came to Mayfield, Ky., in 
1867, and commenced the publication of the Mayfield Democrat in 1876.
He was appointed master commissioner of Graves circuit court by Judge
James Campbell, in 1881, and re-appointed in 1884.  He is the 
youngest person that ever held the office in this county.
