WILLIAM A. SHELTON, of Stafford Co., VA., married in 1809, Elizabeth
Marquis, of Fredericksburg, Va.  He was Captain of Twentieth Virginia
Infantry during of War of 1812; came to Kentucky about 1828, died in 1830
at Simpsonville, Shelby Co., and is there buried.
