OWEN CADEN, farmer, P. O. Lexington, was born in Ireland, May 20, 1830, 
and came to this country in 1840.
He married Miss Susan McGurk, of this county, by which union there were 
the following children: John J., Eugene J., Arthur (dead), Edward, Annie, 
Mamie, Lizzie, Maggie, Susan and Alice.
Mr. Caden owns fifty acres of land three miles from Lexington on the Bryant 
Station Turnpike, all of which he has acquired by industry, economy and 
preseverance.
