   JAMES KING, who lives on Fredonia rural route 4, was born in Tennessee
March 21, 1845.  He came to Kentucky when he was nine years old.
   Mr. King enlisted in the Union Army June 15, 1863, when he was 18
years old.  He was discharged in the winter of 1864 at Bowling Green, Ky.
   On August 2, 1866 Mr. King was married to Miss Martha Sugg.  Mrs.
King died in January of 1922.  Mrs. King was born April 2, 1848.
