The Casey County News, Liberty, KY, July 25, 1907, p.1 DR. W. E. LESTER's likeness herewith is presented. He is a native of Russell county, where he attended the public schools, after which he matriculated at Columbia Christian College and later at the Kentucky State College, Lexington. Dr. Lester graduated from the Louisville College of Dentistry, receiving the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery, May 9, 1905. He began the practice of his profession immediately thereafter at Kendall, Ky. On September 18, 1905, he went to Jamestown, where he practiced till Sept. 3, 1906, when Liberty became his adopted home. He has built up a lucrative practice among the best people of this section I personally know, and is a splendid young gentleman in every way--an honor to the profession. Dr. Lester is a son of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Lester, his father being a merchant and farmer at Kendall. Dr. Lester belongs to the Christian church, having become a member at the tender age of eleven. He is an exemplary young man and popular with the ladies. Lester = Russell-KY Fayette-KY http://www.rootsweb.com/~kygenweb/kybiog/casey/lester.we.txt
