He bought his present large store in 1902, and has made many improvements, bringing everything up to date and always endeavoring to please the people and furnish a stock of the best and freshest goods. Mr. Koltinsky married Miss Emma Kaufman, who was born and reared in Louisville, Kentucky, a daughter of S. Kaufman. They are the parents of four sons and one daughter, Samuel, Roy, Edwin, Claude and Rosa. Mr. Koltinsky is prominent in Masonry, and affiliates with Clinton Lodge No. 82, F. & A. M., and with the chapter in Princeton; and with the Knights of Honor, the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and the Ancient Order of United Workmen.
