	Franklin Gorin Harvey, son of Charles Harvey, was an able lawyer.  He was
logical, stated all his points with force, was a good and strong speaker, a
man of fine sense and judgment.  He was elected Commonwealth's Attorney and
held the office for one term.  He was a fearless and bold prosecutor and a
"terror to evil doers."
