MURREY DAVIDSON, the well known son of Mrs. Emma Davidson, was born April 13, 1874, at Beckton, Barren county, Ky., and was reared at Old Rocky Hill, in Barren county, Ky now known as Game. He attented school at that place and professed a hope in Christ at the age of 13 years. He went from this state to Indianapolis, Ind. There he joined the Missionary Baptist Church and began preaching the gospel at the age of 30. He was called from there to take charge of a church at Rockville, Ind., and from there to Crawfordville, Ind., and from there to Columbus, Ind., where he is at present. He has been very useful since joining the church at Rocky Hill. Before leaving this state he served as secretary of the Sunday School for sometime.
