Date: Thu, 29 Apr 1999 17:21:55 -0400 From: Donna Colyer Hunt To: dmorgan@efn.org Will of Thadius Warmoth I Thadius Warmoth Sr of Garrard County and state of Kentucky do hereby make my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say First, I desire that all my just debts be paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after my death. 2 I bequeath unto the heirs of my deceased son John Warmoth one cent, to my son Gathing Warmoth one cent to my son Thadius Warmoth one cent and to my son Thomas Warmoth one cent. 3rd. I for and in consideration of the love and affection of my wife and the attention she has paid to me since marriage both in sickness and in health, do after the payment of all my just debts and expenses of this, or of the winding up of my estate, and after paying the heirs of John Warmoth one cent each and the rest of my sons above named one cent each, I give my wife Mary Warmoth all the remainder of my estate both real and personal. And lastly i do hereby constitute and appoint my friend Doctor Lynn B Hudson executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills or testaments by me heretofore made.
