Will of John M. Collins

In the name of God Amen
I John M Collins, being of sound mind
and deposing memory but being in feeble health and
recognizing: That by the course of nature, that I shall
soon yield my spirit back to the God who gave me existance and
being dezirous of disposing of my property during my lifetime I
hereby will and bequeath all of my property of every kind and
sort, both real and personal, of which I may die seized or the
owner of, to my wife Amanda Collins and her children by me.
The personal property to her absolutely. The lands of which
I may die sized to her for life the remainder to her said
children by me. In testimony hereof I have herewith
subscribed my name in the presents of Alex Setser and James Baker
this May 31, 1909.
