Perry Mills is holding his and Millia’s twin children, Georgia and Theo Mills (approximately born 1917). Millia Bowman Mills, born February 1896 to Clifton Bowman and Mary Lee Philpot Bowman. Perry Mills was the son of John and Elizabeth Mills. The family earned their living by farming. All shown were born in Clay County, Kentucky. Picture was taken between 1919-1921. Perry died July 29, 1966 in Oneida, Kentucky. Millia died April 14, 1978 in Manchester, Kentucky. All of the children but Georgia are deceased
