Dear Will

I am sorry that I cant trade
the children dont wont me to sell it
now and I guess it would rase confusion between you and Felix and your mother to
I guess it would disturb her they dont think you ponice (promise?) me
enough for it
no way We will consider it
no trade
they say the way land is if it is not worth $10 a acres
it not worth nothing
I am looking for Farmer before Christmas and I am satisfied he will give you $10 acre for all of yours if you wont to sell it.
Sallie Ann if she stays well will be down there soon
