Jefferson Parker & Elizabeth Cotton ADULTERY
This day came the parties by their attorneys and agreed that the facts in this case only showed the defendants guilty of fornication.
It is therefore adjudged by the court that the defendant Jefferson Parker make good his fine to the Commonwealth by the payment of ten dollars and the costs hereof for the payment of which he stands committed and this cause is dismissed as to the female defendant.

On motion of the attorney for the Commonwealth by consent of the defendant this cause is dismissed at the defendants costs. It is therefore adjudged that the Commonwealth recover her costs of the defendant in this behalf
