Ordered that the clerk bind to William Begley, Nelson Sizemore age ten years,
Dennis Sizemore age eight years, Betsy Sizemore age six years, infants of Rhody
Sizemore until the males arrive at the age of 21 years to learn the art of mistery of
farming, the female until she is 18 to learn the art and mistery of a spinster.
Present : Daniel Garrad, John Murphy

Ordered that the clerk bind to John Bowling, Polly Sizemore age 9 years,
Agnes Sizemore, age 4, until they arrive at age 18 to learn the art and
mistery of spinster.

On the motion of Joseph Wild (NOTE: This should be Wilder) and for reasons
appearing to the court it is ordered that the order of the last court binding to John
Bowling, Polly Sizemore and Agnes Sizemore, and also to William Begley, Nelson
Sizemore, Dennis Sizemore, and Elizabeth Sizemore, infant of Rhody Sizemore
be recinded and held for naught.
