Ordered that William Trammit be appt. Surveyor of the road from head of
the Twin Creek to Bishop Plantation and with the hands formerly alloted
keep the same in repair and that Colby Haddin furnish a list of the hands.

Jesse Roberts, one of the court of this county reported and paid the clerk fines collected
of William Murphy and John Sizemore $ 5 each subject to the order of the court.

Ordered that $ 10 be levied for George Sizemore, and John Gilbert appropriated
the same for his benefit.
