Kentucky GenWeb projectLola Clark 78; of Jeffersonville Funeral services for Lola Clark, 78, of Jeffersonville, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, at Coots Funeral Home, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. She died Monday, Oct. 4, 2004, at Clark Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Olive Hill Ky. and retired from the dietary department at Clark Memorial Hospital. Survivors include her husband, Donald M. Clark; a son, Joseph M. Clark, Salem; three daughters, Donna J. Collins, Cincinnati, Ohio, Suzette Kuntz, Clarksville and Arlene F. Tillett, Jeffersonville; a brother, Tommy Williams, Grayson, Ky.; two sisters, Thelma Smith, Anchorage, Alaska and Ruby Symzcah, Mentor, Ohio; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, Tuesday, Oct. 5 and after 11 a.m. Wednesday.
