Kentucky GenWeb projectLarry Ray Williams 1948-2004 Larry Ray Williams, 55, of Vanceburg, died Sunday, Jan. 11, at his home. Mr. Williams was born Feb. 21, 1948, in Carter County. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis McGlone Williams. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bivens Chapel Church. Burial will be in Riley Cemetery in Carter County. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today and after 8 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Garrison Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements
