Portsmouth Times 26 Nov 1940 Mrs. Minta Dickison Mrs. Minta Jane Dickison, 64, wife of Henry Dickison of Siloam, died at 1 a.m. today after an illness of the last five years of a heart ailment Mrs. Dickison went to the Siloam community 20 years ago from Carter County. She was born July 18 1878. She was a member of the United Baptist Church of Grahn. Surviving are her husband and these children; Charles Dickison of Ashland, Mrs. Emma Bailey, Mrs. Ethel Harding, Mrs. Ruth Bush of Siloam and Miss Ruby Dickison at home. She also leaves five grandchildren and these brothers and sisters; Robert, Harrison and John Tackett of Landsaw, Samuel Tackett of Tennessee,, Mrs. Leota Dickison of Grahn, Mrs. Emma Dickison of Oldtown and Mrs. Ellen Wilson of Gregoryville. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of J. R. Morton and Son. The body is at the residence.
