Minnie Suttles Prichard - 1928-2007

Minnie Prichard, 79, of Grayson, died Saturday at her residence.

Mrs. Prichard was born March 2,1928, in Carter County, the daughter of the late Samuel and Louisa Swanagan Suttles.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, George Prichard. Mrs. Prichard was a housewife, a loving mother and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by seven daughters, Frances (Glen) Lawhorn of Grahn, Ottie (Robert) McDowell of Grayson, Shelia (Coy) Jessie of Olive Hill, 
Pamela Prichard of Grayson, Kathy (David) Cordova of Cleveland, Tenn., Teresa Prichard and Sandra (Chris) Jackson, all of Grayson; 
five sons, George (Dorcus) Prichard of Charlestown, Ind., Eugene (Sue) Prichard and Terry (Roxanne) Prichard, all of Grayson, 
Ricky (Antha) Prichard and Jeffery (Kelly) Prichard, all of Carter City; two sisters, Carolyn Fraley and Annabelle Hall, both of Grayson; 
a brother, Ralph Suttles of Grayson; 33 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Lou Prichard; 
a sister, Mary Alice Albright; and a brother, James Suttles.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2007, at Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson. 
Kyle Burchett and David Matney will officiate. Burial will be in Cribbs Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. today and after 9 a.m Tuesday at the funeral home.
