Interment Edison Cemetery Born July 04, 1918 Died July 19, 2007 Mary Hazel Seagraves, 89, of Huffs Run, Grayson, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, July 19, at Community Hospice, Ashland, KY. She was born July 4, 1918, in Carter County, Kentucky; daughter of the late Liondis and Rachel Johnson Suttles. She was the wife of the late Chester Seagraves, a homemaker and attended Huff Run Community Church. She is survived by her 3 daughters: Anna Steele of Columbus, Ohio, Frances Pope of Grayson, Kentucky and Velma Seagraves, also of Grayson; her 2 sons: Eddie Arnold Seagraves of Grayson and Denver Seagraves of Plain City, Ohio; her 14 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Two Special Nephews - Ronnie Seagraves and Larry McDavid. In addition to her parents and husband Chester, she was preceded in death by her son, Waldo Seagraves and 3 daughters: Linda Lou, Brenda Gail and Dorothy Bernice Seagraves. Funeral services for Mrs. Seagraves will be conducted on Sunday, July 22, at 2:00, at the Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson. Ernest Bush and Delmar Rogers will officiate. She will be laid to rest in the Edison Cemetery. Friends may call on Saturday, July 21st, between the hours of 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm, at the funeral home.
