"Uncle Herman as well as his beloved wife are both buried at Zachary Taylor National Cemetery. Aunt Therese never remarried and loved this man until the end of her life. My Uncle Herman died from Hodgkins disease. I was 13 years old and remember visiting him while he laid dying."
