Kentucky GenWeb projectIna Skaggs 1932-2004 Ina R. Skaggs, 71, of Blaine, died Sunday, Jan. 25, in King's Daughters Medical Center. She was born Aug. 22, 1932, in Keaton. She is survived by her husband, Hurl Skaggs. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Young Funeral Home Chapel in Louisa. Burial will be in Yatesville Memorial Cemetery in Louisa. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
