Kentucky GenWeb projectRuth Long CONNERSVILLE, Ind. -- Ruth Long, 85, Connersville, died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2007. Born May 16, 1922, in Olive Hill, Ky., she was the daughter of Edward and Elizabeth Bentley Shumate. Survivors include daughters, Janet Hall, Joyce Brown, Regina Taylor, Debbie Rose, Rev. Kay Williams, Christy Russell; sons, Jack Sublett, Steve Taylor. Husbands, Wilmer Taylor, Bud Dixon and Joe Long are deceased. Service: 1 p.m. Saturday at Full Gospel Revelation Church, Connersville, with visitation 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday. Urban-Winkler Funeral Home, Connersville, is in charge of arrangements.
