Rev. Claude Raymond Sexton

Rev. Claude Raymond Sexton 74, Rt 1 Webbville died Saturday in ST. Claire Medical Center in Morehead. 
He was born Jan. 23,1907 in Carter County, a son of William Sexton of Hitchins and the late Doris Bayes Sexton. 

He Was a member of the United Mine Workers, a retired coal miner and minister of the Wesleyan Church. 

Surviving in addition to his father is his wife Gladys Bowling Sexton; two sons James Sexton of Zainesville Ohio and Curt Sexton of Webbville; 
two daughters Mary Bradford of Weeksbury and Doris Stumbo of Mcdowell; two brothers Millard Sexton of Johnstown Ohio and Billy Joe Sexton of Hitchins; 
two sisters Virginia Bowling of Grayson and Anita Keyes of Hitchins ;nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. 

Services were conducted at Willard Wesleyan Church. Burial was in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland. Malone Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements
