L. Madgeline Sours


ASHLAND -- L. Madgeline Sours, 75, of 608 Marlo Ave. died Friday, March 26, 2004, at home. 

She was born in Olive Hill, Kentucky, the daughter of Charles William and Leah Jo-sephine Dean Seitz and had been a resident of Ashland County since 1943. 

She was a former employee of Ashland Rubber Products, Rybolt Heating and for 21 years she was employed at Hydromatic Pump, retiring in 1993. 

She is survived by four daughters and sons-in-law, Leah Nancy and Carl Mark of Wooster, Annis and Donald of New Carlisle, Toni Kay and Tom Wittman and Brenda Lee and Ernie McClure, all of Ashland; 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; sister and brother-in-law, Nada and James Toth of St. Cloud, Fla.; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Martin E. and Deana Seitz of Mansfield, William C. and Carolyn Seitz of Glendale, Ariz., Tracy A. and Martha Seitz of Newark, Ohio. 

Her parents, six sisters and one brother preceded her in death. 

She was a member of Eagles Auxiliary, Amvets Auxiliary, VFW Auxiliary and Moose Auxiliary. 

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 30, 2004, at 11 a.m. at Denbow-Primm-Kemery Funeral Home with Pastor Doug Magers officiating. Burial will be in Vermillion Cemetery. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home where Eagles Auxiliary will conduct memorial services at 9 p.m. 

The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio, 1605 County Road 1095, Ashland 44805 or Ashland County Cancer Association, 1200 E. Main St., Ashland 44805.
