Mollie Winters

Mrs. Mollie I. Winters, 67, Jonesborough, TN, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2007, at the NHC Health Care Center after a brief illness. 

Mrs. Winters was born in Olive Hill, Kentucky, and was a daughter of the late Roy and Anzona Holbrook Reynolds. Mrs. Winters was a homemaker and an active member of Sulphur Springs Baptist Church where she volunteered with the Kitchen Committee. She was a faithful Atlanta Braves fan. 

Surviving: her husband of 48 years, Ronald Winters of the home; 3 sons Jeffrey Winters and Jerry Winters, both of Jonesborough and Brian and his wife, Leta Winters, Boones Creek; a daughter, Rhonda and husband, Bill Garrow, Unicoi; 5 grandchildren, Seth Glauer, Johnson City and Shea Glauer, Kingsport, Paige Hooven, Unicoi, Miranda Winters and Emily Winters, both of Boones Creek; brothers and sisters, Juanita Binion and Helen Bear, Lenora Moore, Bill Reynolds and Ronnie Reynolds, all of Kentucky; Grover Reynolds and Glen Reynolds, both of Ohio; several nieces and nephews. 

A celebration of life service for Mrs. Mollie Winters will be 8:00 pm Wednesday, November 14, 2007, at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Al South and Rev. Jon Reed officiating. 

Pallbearers will be family. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 pm Wednesday prior to the funeral service. Graveside service will be held 11:00 am Thursday, November 15, 2007, at Sulphur Springs Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Hospital in Memory of her special great niece Christal Reynolds, 501 St. Jude's Place, Memphis TN 38105.
