SARAH ALICE PARSONS, 84, formerly of Carter County, sister of Bertha Staggs and Rosie Wilburn of Olive Hill, 
died Tuesday in Harbors Health Care Facility of Douglas, Mich. 

Funeral 11 a.m. today, Sparks Funeral Home, Grayson; burial in Arms Cemetery, Carter City.
